"Good event, but the lines got a bit long"
i had a really nice time at the Philly Coffee Festival overall. There was a ton of good coffee to sample, and everyone working the booths seemed friendly and happy to chat.
The only downside was that the lines were a little hit or miss. Some booths moved quickly, but others took forever, especially later in the day. I’d still go again, but next time I’d probably try to get there earlier.

"Helpful staff, but definitely not easy to track down"
The staff were genuinely helpful when I found them, no question about it. But wow, they were kind of hard to track down at times, and things felt a bit slow because of that. Still, once someone helped me, they were great.

"Pretty much as crowded as I expected"
I had a feeling this place was going to be packed and not super relaxing, that’s exactly how it felt. The coffee itself was fine, but the whole festival vibe was cramped, loud, and full of lines. I really wanted to give it a chance, but it mostly confirmed what I already thought: not the coziest spot if you’re trying to actually unwind.

"Pretty Easy Place to Get Around"
Umm, overall the venue was really easy to get to and simple to move around in, which made the whole visit stress-free

"good coffee, but not a huge mix"
the coffee was decent overall, and a couple cups were actually really good. i was just hoping for a bit more variety since some of the stands started to feel kind of the same. still had a nice time, just wouldn’t call it amazing.

"Honestly, the whole day ran shockingly smoothly"
I was fully prepared for chaos, but nope, the lines moved so fast I was almost suspicious. The staff actually knew what they were doing, answered questions without making it weird, and everything felt super organized. I may be overreacting, but it was basically a miracle of crowd management.
"Not really worth what they charge"
It was fine, I guess, but I left feeling like the ticket price was way too high for what you actually get. The lines were long, the samples were limited, and it just didn’t feel like there was enough included. What bugged me most was how they seem to have all these little policy loopholes where certain things aren’t covered or are only available at specific times, so you end up getting less than you expected. I was hoping for a lot more.

"Vendor list felt limited"
I went in hoping to discover more local roasters and some unique coffee-related stuff, but the vendor list was kind of weak. There were a few solid booths, but a lot of them felt really similar, so it got repetitive fast. For the ticket price, I expected more variety. I also had to chase them a bit with my complaint afterward, which made the whole experience feel even more disappointing.

"Busy but handled well"
I went on Saturday expecting it to be completely packed, but it was more manageable than I thought. There were definitely a lot of people, but the lines kept moving at a decent pace and the staff did a good job keeping things organized around the main tasting areas.
A few spots did get a little tight, especially near the more popular booths, so there were moments where you had to squeeze through. But overall, it felt like the crowd was handled well and it was still a really enjoyable experience.

"Fun little coffee thing"
I went to this coffee workshop and tasting at the Philly Coffee Festival and had a really good time. The people running it were super easy to talk to and explained everything in a chill way, not like some overly serious class or anything. I tried a bunch of coffees I probably wouldn’t have picked on my own, and some of them really surprised me. Left with that nice coffee buzz and a couple new favorites. I’d definitely do it again

"Ticket checkout was kind of a pain"
The site looked decent at first, so I figured buying tickets would be simple enough. But it got annoying fast. Some pages took forever to load, and the extra fees didn’t show up until way later in the checkout, which was frustrating. I did get my ticket in the end, so I guess it worked fine, but the whole thing felt clunky. Not terrible, just more hassle than it needed to be
